New RMA

I purchased a set of F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231145) from Newegg that has failed. My board will not even boot. Hangs on the memory ID (C1 on the LED display). System as in sig.

What is the RMA procedure?
