GF 4 volt mod

Hey,
I am looking to do a volt mod on me GF4 (Gainward Ti4600 'GS'): core & mem
I am still looking for a decent core cooler, because I dont like H²O anymore, and it aint like me after the 'accident' ;)
What could I take?
