Let me guess, your adding them to your allready run loop? Me thinks you should add them before, they just slip on.

Tip: don't try and force the tubing through the coils, instead rotate the coils around the tubing.
It will take you less than a minute

figured this out after posting...
forced about 4 feet through then started wrapping around
still takes a long time to space em out though

coolsleeve 500 is for 5/8" OD tubings...you'll permanently warp the springs if you wrap it around a 3/4"
it'll still work though
for 3/4" OD, only Primochill has the larger spring coils needed

notghing wrong with antikink coils....you're just using the wrong size

on p-pcs it clearly says cool sleeves 500 is for 1/2" od tube
and cool sleeves 625 is for 5/8" tubes
it fits.... its just tight

are they cracking? i found them easy to put on, but after about 30 minutes after putting them on if i made any sudden movements with the tubing it would crack and fall off :(

Indeed I am! :ROTF:
My confusion was that I had misread your tubing size as 1/2" ID, which normally means it 5/8 or 3/4 OD
My bad
But I'm still still gonna say that swiftech doesn't make this for 3/4" OD tubings...which is completely out of topic :D

After you wind the coils on a piece of tubing grab the ends firmly and give the tubing a good stretch. Doing this a few times the coils take on an almost perfect spacing.

the 500 size is NOT for 1/2" ID.... 625 is a bit of a stretch to get on 1/2" ID 3/4" OD.
I don't know where you're located, but if you're in Canada, we've got some of the Primochill ones coming in in a few colours. Should only be a week or two for them to arrive.
