What RAM are you using? You have four different kinds in the picture, but you never said which one you are using.

Agreed on the pictures part. Lots of pictures are what make a thread stand out and become truly exceptional.

im having problems with my Xfire.

i think my second HD is dead. Heres the issue. I installed catalyst the first time and got everything working. Then i tried to load up ati tool and it zaped the .dll file where i kept looping.

Got the BSOD message ATI2DVAG.DLL error something infinite loop.

Anyhow, so i reformated, and xfire wont work. Windows see the second card, i have 4 monitor ability, but when i try to activate it, it goes bsod with the same error message. Also when i try to activate the second card, my windows hangs.

RAWR. Then i tried to install the omega drivers instead to see if i can get it work that way. Nope, says missing value or something.

Im open to trouble shoot opinions, this is my first xfire rig, and i have no idea whats going on. Dead card? Gah, means i have to pull the rig apart, lucky for me the cards are on quick disconnects.

EDIT: Dead card. I swaped it out and saw it was pixilating. Dayam i love quick discconects.

Anyhow going to RMA this sucker.

no thats me flicking you guys off for bashing koolance

Seriously, im using the junction, but the inlet is not located in the middle. Pics will be delayed seeing as i have to tear the rig down for the cards.

Anyhow when i get an RMA i'll post with more stuff. As for now, its not performance spec'd enough until i added the second xfire card.
