As promised. Let me know if there is something else you might want to see and I will browse my collection to see if I have it.
#1: My wife and I under the jumping fountains in one of the many ultra cool malls. Jumping fountains are nothing new, bu they are still cool. The malls here are all stunning...very Vegas-esque.

2: The inside of one of the resorts. This place is called Madinat, and it has everything you would need...except a casino. We did not stay here!! LOL

3: The Burj-Al-Arab - I have seen many pictures of this hotel before, but not one of them actually prepares you for seeing it in person. It is INCREDIBLE! The world's only 7 star hotel. We were lucky enough to afford to eat breakfast there one morning and do a tour. That round thing hanging off of it is a helicopter landing pad. Andre Agassi and Roger Federer once played a non-competitive tennis match on it!

4: The inside of the court yard at Sheikh Saeed al-Maktoum's House. It is now a museum. That turret looking thing with the logs sticking out of it is actually an ancient form of air conditioning. It is designed to collect even the smallest of breezes and carries it throughout the house via primitive ducts.

5: They wouldn't allow us to photograph the inside, so we lit the place on fire!!! LOL Of course that is just reflecting sunlight at sunset on the creek.

6: More of the construction. That is an elevated train..or will be, anyway.

7: The Emirate's Towers. Google them for more info. :)

8: The toboggan run inside the famous indoor ski area, Ski Dubai.

9: Ski Dubai again. Sometimes you forget that you are indoors!

10: The Dubai creekside at daytime. Those wooden ships are called Dhows. They are still used commercially, but most are for tourists.

11: The Mosque in Karama. This is not a fancy Mosque, just run of the mill.
http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/8094/img0013ug0.jpg
12: A nice view of the different levels in the Burjuman Mall.
http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/1277/img0075ul5.jpg
13: I found these stairs in the Burjuman Mall interesting. They look as if they need support under the 180 degree turns, but they have none.

That's all for now. I also have alot of pics from The Philippines, as well as San Francisco.
