I have 4 x1gb PC8500 and a kit died. I was given the option to RMA all 4 sticks and recieve these: OCZ Platinum 4gb PC 8500 (http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_ddr2_pc2_8500_platinum_4gb_edition_dual_channe l) . Are these decent overclockers, or should I just RMA the one kit, use both in scrap systems and buy something new?

Yeah, they're good. OCZ is a pretty good company, and seeing that they're 1066Mhz then they'll be good overclockers.

Yeah, I haven't had any problems with OCZ until now, and considering how responsive and helpful with the RMA process they have been, I won't shy away from buying from them in the future.

With that said, I think I will RMA for the 2x2gb (instead of just swapping out a kit) but that leaves me with no decent ram for a week or more. Any reccomendations for a good 2x2 kit that can (hopefully) do 1150+ mhz without a problem?

Well the Corsair kits are good - you should have a look at them.

Whats your budget?

Budget is 150 - 200. Only real choices I have since I don't want to lose my 3.915ghz is 870, 1090 or 1150 (can't remember exact numbers).
