This rams woked fine on striker extreme1, but now not on striker II formula ?

Probably incompatibility.
What have you tried already ?
Tried booting with 1 stick only ?
Tried different slot combinations ?
Booting with other sticks, setting the timings, and then 'replacing' the sticks with the Corsair's ?
If yes, the next option is flashing the Corsair's with new SPD ( from the PC10000 for example ) [ however you need to do some things and testing before just flashing ]
p.s. Open up a thread @ asktheramguy.com ( corsair's official tech support forums ) ;)

Our lab and several websites have used this memory with Striker 2. It works very well. Can you check the memory with www.memtest.org and also have you flashed the latest bios?

I've also installed 8500C5/9136C5 and 10000C5 on this board. No issues. Even though I am not impressed with the nomenclature. It should have been 680i --> 690i and finally 780i (for the 790i). Same issues with 680i are still in the 780i and should be since it is pretty much a refresh of 680i. Tri SLi? OK I guess. PCI-e 2.0? OK I guess. But that's it.

It sounds like you have a bad MOBO or some other issue. This memory works fine with the Striker 2.
Do you have access to another computer so that you can test some parts? Or is there a competent computer shop near you? That may be the best way to spend $50 euros.
