Can Corsair Dominator DDR2 6400CL3 take 2.4v

Out of 4 stricks two have now died at this voltage.

Also, I run the sticks down to 0C ambient and the other day one of the other sticks heatspreader fell off, presumably due to the glue ( which is clear and does not look particularily heat conductive ) going brittle.

Not overly impressed considering the cost to be honest.
