Ive got pretty much the same setup as you. My only complaints are:

1) Floppy connector is in a bad position on the motherboard (not really that big of deal)

2) This is the worst one- In BIOS memory voltage only goes up to 2.175V. Most Micron D9's want anywhere from 2.1-2.3V. This leaves you stuck with a different pair then what you sometimes opt for especially if your gonna OC

All and all the only thing I really have to complain about is the Mem voltage. Maybe that is something that they will get fixed in the BIOS to come. I have tried all the new BIOS since the first release and none have addressed the issue thus far.

Aside, the board is really great especially for the price! Plenty of OC options in BIOS and very stable, not to mention its AM2+ compliant.

Ive also got my 5000+ BE at 14 x 229.

ahh thats a real bummer about the vdimm, at least 2.2-2.25 would have been nice. im gonna be running 4x1gb pc8500 gskills that require 2.0-2.1v for 2 sticks so hopefully 2.175 is enough juice to run 4 sticks at 1066...getting the rest of my build tomorrow so we'll see how it goes. one thing that almost deterred me from this mobo was that damn 4pin power connector right out in the middle of everything. could they seriously not find a better place for it?!

also i see your running raid 0, im assuming its sata, do you also have an sata optical drive hooked up too? i saw a few newegg reviews that said no sata raid with sata opticals, which worked fine on my m3a. hopin they just had a setting wrong or somethin
