This is a small repost of my previous log. I will clean up all the waiting for hardware and unnecessary post this time as the build is obviously done for the most part. The original log can be found in my sig.

Now lets get started with some of the components used.

Basics:
Intel QX9650
DFI LanParty LTX38
8GB G.skill DDR2 1000Mhz
Two 3870X2's
150GB Raptor
500GB WD
Samsung DVD-RW
750Watt PCP&C Crossfire Ed.
Silverstone TJ07 Case with Modified window

Water:

Loop 1 (CPU): EK Supreme CPU Block, Swifttek MCP665 Pump, Swiftek MCR120.3 Radiator, Blue UV FluidXP EXP, Swiftek Reservoir

Loop 2(Northbridge): Danger Den MPC Chipset Block, MCP665 Pump, BlackIce 120GTX, Green UV Primochill, Swiftek Reservoir

Loop 3(GPU): Two Nickel Plated EK 3870X2 Blocks, Swiftek MCP665 Pump, Two MCR120.2 Radaitors. Red (turned out pink :( ) UV FluidXP EXP, Swiftek Reservoir

27 foot of tubing, 82oz liquid, over 60 clamps used.

Heres some pictures of some of the componets. I bought all the watercooling stuff before the 3870X2 cards were out so I was kinda hoping the MCW60s would fit. But they didnt..

Yea I seen and tried it. They fit on the card but not as intended and it looks like crap. And you need to fill the cards with ramsinks.

you system seems weird.
why put a tripple on a single CPU.
and a double on 2 videocards cooling 4 cores?

shouldnt it be the other way around.
surely a double can handle just about any CPU fine, assuming its running fine.

hows the final results with the cards?

If you read it right I have two 120.2 rads on the video cards. total of 4 radiators.

CPU 21*C Idle (4.2Ghz) GPU 27*C Idle (Stock ATM) and NorthBrige 31*C Idle (1.6V)

When I first put this system togeather I ended up redoing it all. So some pictures might be from the first time I was putting it togeather.

are you sure the 750watt can handle two 3870x2 and a quad?

Yea the PCP&C Silincer CF ED is made for two 2900XT. the 3870x2s take less power.

where did you get that 5" LCD?

D5 bolted to drive enclosure as you can see in some of the pics. Raptor is mounted using the mount holes under the drive. Later I can try and take some pics of the rads. Its a huge pain to take any of it apart. I can at least make a diagram showing you the array.

very nice, thanks for the vid, but I was wondering if you could take a dark photo where everything is uv reactive, and hopefully show off some of those blackfire fans, I'm really curious to what they look like in real life. Also, if you have a spare drive cover you can do this with your cd drive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVGBSkPQueA
its really easy all you need is a push to make switch, open up the bottom case of the drive and solder a connection to the two protruding onboard switch prongs to activate eject. but thats a minor thing, you rig is still very nice.

Holy smokes batman! That thing is freaking amazing, awesome job man! :yepp:

Dam I don't think I have ever seen some one give their NB it's own loop and with a D5 for that matter.

Just wondering why you put NB on it's own loop and crossfired on another loop... Wouldn't it make more sense to put each GPU on a loop and throw the NB into one of those loops? If you're going to have 3 loops anyways this makes more sense to me anyways.

Anyways, AWESOME build... makes me wish I could afford more parts

It was about looks as much as performance. and the bottom part of the case is already packed. the NB loop will get memory and maybe harddrives later aswell.

Early pics made it look like it was going to be a messy disaster of a build. Ends up looking very neat! Nice work!

The front panel needs to be addressed but, the edges look butchered.
