Hi,

this post will be long, so please forgive me about it’s length...

More than one year ago (this week is exactly will be one year that I receşved the modules...) I asked one of Antiloop's friends in the USA to order a kit of CORSAIR Dominator 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory – Retail from newegg (the order paper is below)... he ordered my modules and send me with a friend... I have an ASUS STRIKER EXTREME board and I couldn’t use the modules at SLI mode and after 5 moths I couldn’t even open my system so I took my system to the technical service to see whats wrong and they said me both my motherboard and one of my modules are dead without any OC!(the picture of that module is below and from the rs links you can reach to other detailed pictures) ... I RMAd my motherboard right there... Then I e-mailed to Corsair RMA service for an RMA request (8/28/2007)...

My chance, at that times Micron stoped producing chips for Corsair, so they prefered to send me TWIN2X2048-8500C5D instead of my TWIN2X2048-6400C3DF, because they weren’t equivilant at both price and performance I refused to accept this modules and UPS sent back to Corsair directly... RMA service claimed that the modules were sent for just temporary until they find my modules... I said that I can wait until they find them and there is no need to send a temporar one... They claimed that the modules will be sent in two or three weeks, but there was nothing...

At 17 Sep 2007, I received an e-mail from RMA service about a full refund, but the day latey somehow UPS brought me the modules!? First I have checked the content of the box. There was written TWIN2X2048-6400C3DF so I have accepted the box, but when I openned it I saw that they were 2X CM2X1024-6400C3D and fan that was putted in a plastic package different than big white box and full of sponge... I said OK, I thought that becouse of OEL of Micron chipped modules they could only find these ones, so I put them in to my system...

Then guess what These modules didn’t open my system too... Then, I tried another STRIKER boards and other type of boards, but the result was the same...nothing... At last I decided to contact with RMA Support Supervisor Hussain Karmally on 8 Oct 2007, after lot’s of e-mails, on 30 Oct 2007 he offered me full refund again and said that you should send modules immadiateley, so I sent them at that weekend...

After sending my modules I waited one month to get any response or e-mail, but I got nothing so I decidet to call the RMA service... They claimed that the modules didn’t recieve yet, so I went to our national postal service to get an official report about the situation of the package... They have contacted with the U.S. postal service and according to the official report the package was recieved on 13 Nov 2007 to RMA service... According to this report I send lot’s of e-mails about my refund process but I got only one response on 12 Feb 2008 which mails include
“Dear X,

I have looked into your order and we sent you the TWIN2X2048-6400C3DF under tracking number 1Z966E656764076216.

We have also sent you out the TWIN2X2048-8500C5D under UPS tracking number 1Z966E650465766257.

I am not sure how you are not able to get a hold of us? All of our contact information is below.
Thank you,
RMA Support”

Beside these e-mails I’ve posted this on their forum page and the result is still the same...

if you want to check here is the link : http://www.asktheramguy.com/v3/showthread.php?t=62878

So please can you tell me how can I solve this problem if Corsair doesn’t want to help me!!! Should I talk everyone that what Corsair did to me??? Or should I sue Corsair at International court to look for my rights??? I know that if I was in the US (or living any where but I was an US citizen) this problem will be solved in max. 2 weeks time...

PS:
