This is a build for a friend. He doesnt game, he needs a fast system and must have 4GB of ram. I was thinking of the Amd 5000+ to do a bit overclocking. Here is my part list, all prices in Canadian dollars. What would you change.

looks good, but pc8000 is not a standard so i would take 800 that is supported by k8 and probably bit cheaper or 1066 that is supported by phenom, you could also check for new 780 board

Not to divert this off-topic, but if you're looking to do some OCing and for the high-end with the 5000+, why are you going with AMD? AMD rigs are really only viable in the budget and mid-range, and even then I'd never recommend a current AMD CPU for an OC rig.
