From XP to 2000 -> 100 points

That was at 620/640 GPU/Mem on windows 2000 @ 1967 (9.5x207)

This was at 610/634 GPU/Mem on windows XP @ 2010mhz (10x201).

Have i missed something? Have i done something wrong? I saw some point increases in the lower graphic detail benchmarks when i installed the Via 4in1's 4.37, but nothing else that i couldnt explain via overclocking.

Im also having problems running any speed higher then 2ghz lately. I've reset the Vmod, reseated the processor, applied thermal paste, used a chilled coolant supply, all to no avail :(

Any ideas?
