Just wondering what thread size the barbs for the Swiftech Micro Reservoir (http://www.frozencpu.com/products/2226/ex-res-80/Swiftech_MCRES-MICRO_Small_Form_Factor_High-Flow_Reservoir_12_ID_and_38_ID.html?tl=g30c97s165) use, and if the spacing is enough for 2 compression fittings (like Bitspower 5/8" OD ones) side by side without hitting each other.

Thanks!

It says on FrozenCPU that uses 1/2 and 3/8 inch fitting. 2 compression fittings will almost certainly fit.

Hmmm, NPSM and not BSPP, why the...

They will most likley fit, but thats not a perfectly secure fit :/

They will fit correctly, I used D-Tek G1/4" barbs on the side holes and it seal perfectly. Since the threading is short, it's not a issue.

Are you sure it will be a perfectly sealed fit? I really would like to replace the barbs, but at the same time dont want to risk damaging my system.

Anyone else have any experiences with mixing these 2 very close thread standards for watercooling?

Ditto i have the same exact question, NPSM=BSPP(G) (not hijacking, just bumping)

I'm making this remark as a experienced user. Look at my worklog and you will see the barbs on the MCRES.

I'll confirm Xilikon's statement about them fitting without a problem. I've used both Legris and John Guest push-in's with G1/4" thread without any problems at all.

AFAIK, you can't, these seem to be a custom made job for Swiftech. Better off tapping it G1/4" and take your pick of plugs/caps.
