My cpu is air cooled by (gasp!) an intel stock cooler but I used my own arctic thermal paste. Without additional cooling, this is as good as I can get. Oh and I also have a semi-budget Mobo:

Please remember everything is stock except for the overclock of course which is stable and I run it 24/7 .. load temps get in the high 50c's, idles around 30-31c
