seems that sometimes more Overclocking is possible with the Phenoms with this Bios.

Need's more verify's

Edit:

Bios 901 / Vista64 / FSB245 x10 on CPU/NB - Maxxed out, anything above results in the BSOD (a clock interrupt ....... )
Bios 902 / Vista64 / FSB250 x10 on CPU/NB - Maxxed out, anything above results in the BSOD (a clock interrupt ....... )

So we only need 10 Bios Updates more to get 3ghz under Vista64 :)

welcome to xs and thanks for the link.

I just flashed to 902, no problems. will put quad back in later today to play. This board does an excellent job with dual core. My old 6000 is running at 3.3 (12x275) with very little changes in bios. I do wonder if the wireless will ever work with this board. I think it will take a board rev to fix. If you ignore the wireless problem this board is the best amd board i have ever used for overclocking.

Is this bios usable in the low end M3A?

I would say no, use the link above, go up a directory and look for m3a. Should find the latest for your board
