Well... Canada can win, BUT in section 9 of the Rules and Regulations, they have to quoted directly from Rules and Regulations: "In addition to these requirements, potential winners who are residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance in order to receive a prize."

International laws are a HUGE mess for things like this.
Giveaways & sweepstakes are a legal mess in the US, there's so many regulations that differ from state to state.
I can't imagine going through the headache of tryin to follow the sweepstakes laws of every EU and asian country.... it would make my head explode.

Yeah, US only....Always such "competitions" are US(or US & Canada) only and that pisses me off. In my country the hardware is 50% more expensive than in the US and we have 1/7 of the average US payment. We are discriminated because we are not from the USA. :rolleyes:

Giveaways & sweepstakes are a legal mess in the US, there's so many regulations that differ from state to state.And are probably simpler in other countries. Like Australia.
I mean, it's a card. You win it, they post it to you. What's so complicated about that?
