I need to make a dos boot disk but it has to be on a cdrom since i dont own a floppy. Everything i have found so far will only create the disk on a floppy. Anyone know how to do it on cdrom?

The easiest way to go is by using NERO I think. Start by downloading the files you want on it from http://www.bootdisk.com
Then start nero, choose "CD-ROM (Boot)" and add your files.

I tried what u said with nero but its looking for a file called image.img. without that file it wont do anything! i have all the files i need from bootdisc.com but cant get them put on the disc. i tryied to just burn them to disk like a normal dat disc but it wont boot.

Try this: http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/#cdromsi - Bart's bootable CDROMS, DOS flavor. Pretty complete instructions :)

NP, that site is great. Might even be a candidate for inclusion in a sticky somewhere on the site...
