My Corsair 520HX went bad today. Took it to a local shop and they plugged in a new one and it worked.
Edit: I couldn't find the delete button. I found out it was the psu.

I did actually get to that yesterday. They replied telling me to test the psu with the a paper clip. I have already confirmed that the psu does not work and simply needs to be replaced.
I was hoping to get this thing replaced asap as there are important programs/documents i need to access on the computer. If you can help me out my Case #468598, thanks alot.

It's been 48 hours and i have not gotten and RMA number. I need some help here.
