Ok, here is the deal. I have recently been doing some OCing and acheived what I wanted. It has passed 2 hours of OCCT and is completely stable thus far.

Here is the problem I started encountering over the course of my overclocking experience:
When the computer has been shut down for a good amount of time (1 hr or more), it will make the post beep and then just stall at the bios startup screen.
However, if I am restarting or the computer has only been shut down for a few minutes, this never, ever happens.
Questions:
1) Why is this happening? Could it be that because of vdrop I am just not providing enough juice to get the processor going when it is really cold?
2) Is the solution to add more juice?
3) Is there anything else you can think of?
