Acetal, no question asked. It's a very resilient and dimesionally stable material (it's usually black in watercooling components). Acrylic tend to crack if not properly used.

Acetal is much nicer to work with as you dont have to worry about cracking or shattering.

It is less stiff than acrylic and as such less brittle.

Yes. Delrin is a trade name AFAIK.
