Ati avivo video converter

I know this might not be the best section but you know it's a pretty looked on section.
Anyways I have a question does anybody know where the ati avivo video converter is? I mean it was a gift towards us x1000 people and now I can't find it anywhere! In the basic video of catalyst its supposed to be there but its not... Thanks (Also I use xp 64)
