So far my RMA experience with G.Skill has been really bad:

On Feb 1, I sent in my RMA form. Sent out the package with my defective RAM on Feb 5. It is now 11 days later and I still haven't heard anything back about them sending out my replacement. I sent them an email two days ago and I haven't received a response, but I do know that there is a G.Skill rep that browses here so I am hoping he could look into my RMA because this is getting ridiculous.

No, I do not have a tracking number but I sent it out a good week and a half ago.
