View Full Version : 680i to 780i can i use the same blocks?

I have a evga 680i atm using ek mofset 680i,nf4 rev 1.1 and 680i nb blocks.Are all the mounting holes the same?

Looks like the rev 1.1 and mofset block are good to go but not the nb block.

cant disrupt.

the PCI-E 2.0 chip is right below the NB and the DD 680 would not cover it.

Then you would need to attach a sink with adhesive and... blah... messy.

You need to get a custom builder to work on something, or wait for an EK solution.

I replaced the stock fan with a nice 60mm fan and it performs alot better. The stock fan is a joke and pushes very little air out, with this fan my NB temp reads 49C so I think im gonna stick with this cooler rather than go through the hassle of replacing everything, plus it's easier to step up once the 790i is out
