question that has me stumped

I had a xp2200 proc on a soyo kt333 board... I switched everything out into a different case and now it only reads my proc as a 1500??? I did nothing special or funky was careful not to static anything up??? I know have it at xp2000 but that is like 12.5 x133 or 140 if i go over 140 on fsb it wont boot so what in the hell did i do

i think i have found the issue my board is no longer flashed to kt400 in the bios but i know however am running at 14x140 i think or 1.96g and cool at that time too put on the kickin hsf i have just setting around and go from there
