Does anyone know how this unisink performs?
And does it work with an MCW60?
Im thinking about purchasing it for my two HD2900PROs.
Thanks.

Did you even bother to do a simple search?
Obviously not or you would have found my thread:

I do not think they have a unisink for any ATI products.

I did see your thread, but I was asking about the R600 version, not the G80.

OK, sorry. I also did not know about the ATI version. I think they work good. I tried all the little ram sinks and it was a pain.

I heard they have problems with the contact with the RAM. But I think that because the ATi version has the bigger backplate that that shouldn't be too much of a problem. (I hope lol)

The contact problem was with the first version. I think it works good now.
Is it copper, or just colored aluminum? Will it work with the MCW60?

We carry the R600 UNI-SINK. It looks absolutely phenomenal in person. It's anodized aluminum, which is all it needs to be.... GDDR4 memory does not produce a tremendous amount of heat.
As for MCW60 compatibility, I'm not 100% sure tbh, but I would think it could be done even if it requires a little modding.

Would it be possible for you to confirm compatibility?
I do plan to get one off you guys in the near future, if it works with the MCW60.

I had to drill out the four corner holes to allow the MCW60 bolts to pass through.

Hmm... could you postpixplz? :) I am very interested in finding out how it works and compatibility with the MCW60, I want to order one but if it requires modding beyond my ability then I can't do it :(

Mine is for a 880GTX. Please see above post #2 for link to my pictures.
All right, well as soon as someone gets it for the 2900 please post pics and compatibility info with the MCW60!
Well, I just ordered one from NCIX. I will report on how it works and what it covers. I am using an MCW60 with a 1gb 512-bit 2900Pro.

I would be interested in your experience. Be careful, I had to really play around with the screw order to get an even pressure distribution on all the chips. Just take your time and it will be nice.

Interested to see if i should use one of these on my retired 2900xt as i cant be bothered sinking my G92
I just got it in the mail today. I don't know when I will be able to install it as it involves a lot of work with my loop. When I install it I will post pics and results.

Hope this could drop those vrm temps more than swiftechs mosfet sinks. I have little doubt we still have to use some sort of air cooling to those mosfets.
Can't wait results!
