I would like to order this fitting, but let me know what you think of it. Its for SLI arrangements between single slot blocks.

Yes, its Koolance, but I have checked that it is brass and nickel plated, and not aluminum, just like any other fitting.

Price is a bit of a rip off, but that's the way it is.

I would be really surprised if you ever found an aluminum fitting. Aluminum threads have a nasty habit of biting. That said, this fitting looks an awful lot like:

I like it, it gives a nice solid one piece look to the cards. Jeikim has a pic of it in action with his Lian Li build thread. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=176358

I figured it was, but with the price difference it is best ot be sure. Sometimes those components imported from Europe get way out of whack price wise.

yes they are, just their universal fitting adapters are still aluminum. I had a pair of elbow compression fittings from koolance, good build quality hefty brass, a pretty cool gunmetal color but they looked restrictive as hell.

Here's another fitting for SLI. It's made of nickle platted brass and it has variable length which you can adjust. I've been thinking to use it with Tri SLI and EK FC 8800 but I don't know yet if it works.
