Anyone with order problems from D-Tek?

Have had order in for 8 days with no shipping date and e-mails relative to status go un-answered??????????

i ordered from them and i sent e-mails and no one answered but my order got shipped two weeks after i placed my order

Seems very slow in my opinion.

I had trouble contacting them with some product questions over the last few weeks, but I hadn't placed an order.

Sad to hear this, their products are great but I guess I assumed I was the only one who had problems with service.

I think they are snowed under at the moment. The fuZion CPU block has been a major success for them - much more than they anticipated I think...

Sent Them Mail _ They Are Not Answering Quickley As I Thought

They finally answered and said they were having problems with some e-mail sources. In any event said my order delay was due to stocking and they anticipate will ship the end of the week. I like their products so hope this is onl;y a temporary thing.
