I put in an e-mail Saturday and called today and just had the phone ring for 20 minutes after waiting another 25 minutes before that :down: I am just trying to talk to someone about getting a replacement BIOS chip as mine corrupted after a reboot and just would not flash completely when I tried to flash back :mad: tried 6 hours to troubleshoot but that was a no-go:down:

hopefully I can get some help in here:up:

I've found the best way to get a hold of someone at abit is to simply ring the operator, tell them your been on hold for the past hour or w/e and that they connect you to "XXX" please.

You can always ask to talk to someone like the head of marketing or whatnot :P
