Phew, this week has been a busy one for me. No sooner had I built my new Q6600 system with my first water cooling kit then I decided to go the whole hog and improve on it. Ok so I've just taken delivery of a nice black Lian-Li PC V2000B Plus II case and jolly nice and HUGE it is too :D

I've decided to replace my Swiftech H20-120 Compact Watercooling Kit and customise my own. Here's where I'd like your advice guys. These are the components I've bought:

Thermochill PA120.2
Swiftech Apogee GTX Extreme Performance CPU Waterblock (LGA775)
Swiftech MCRES-Micro reservoir
Laing DDC 18w Pump (rev 3.2) with Alphacool Acrylic Top
10 feet of Masterkleer 7/16" ID 5/8" OD PVC Tubing

Here's what I have in mind for the layout:

With the PA120.2 in the bottom of the case would it be wise to cut out the meshed floor and place a nice grill there to allow air out of the case?

I'm going to replace the 3x120mm fans with better quieter ones and add 2x80 fans above the PSU.

With my hard drives mounted in a cradle in the 5.25 bays I'm going to add 1x120mm fan there bring cool air in over them.

Am I on the right track and what else should I be considering before getting the big hammer out?
