Can i use my 8800 gts (g92) without any sinks(not even mosfet), only core cooling to install my windows, or does it get too hot?
What do you mean by core cooling?
And as long as you have something blowing air into the core its ok.

I mean that my Core from gts is liquid cooled, but can i use it only like that so the core is only one what is cooled.. I mean that no ramsinks and no sinks at all.. Card is cooled only at CORE.. So can i use it like that to install windows?

Yes as long as there is a fan blowing on the card. in 2D mode, i don't think the card will be stressed that much.

I have 3 yates in bottom of my case is it enough? Is it 90% sure that card wont get broken?

If you don't trust the card to be robust, don't do it ;) You can also get a cheap card and just let the good card hanging.

Could i just test if my comp even boots anymore? Or can those parts burn in that time?

No, you can do this fine. The only risks is coming from the long term use without adequate cooling.
