I've got to make a decision between two fans: the Titan fan

I can get the papst fans at 20€ and the titans at 25€ / piece
The Titan fans are fancier and are on paper more performing, but I doubt the reliability of the specs.
I'm going to buy two and I want them whisper-silent, quite close to 'not hearable'.
Is there anyone here that has used both Titan 120mm fans and papst fans? Are the Titan fans pushing more cfm AND are more silent then those Papst's?
