I'd like some outside help to verify my calculations for this RAD in my single loop:

If one pump is used in a series loop, would cooling be compromised, and would 2 pumps (assuming negligible additional heat contribution), further enhance the lowering of the steady state coolant temp.

Can be easily answered via some research. Find performance data for watercooling hardware (blocks and radiators)... Thermal Resistance vs FlowRate (ie: c/w).

Use the Thermal Resistance figures at various flowrates, plug into the relevant formulae, calculate system performance.

See http://www.over-clock.co.uk/ivb/inde...howtopic=20277 & http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=147767

Both threads exemplify different ways of calculating predictive loop performance using variables available to you... then you can see for yourself exactly what tangible benefits multiple-pumps on a series loop are etc etc.
