I'm looking to get a e8400 and a p35 based mobo, likely a gigabyte p35 ds3p

Has anyone had any experience with such a combination?

All the reviews I've seen so far seem to be using x38 based motherboards (too expensive)

Finally, has anyone got some results from a RETAIL e8400?
