YES- Your eyes are not deceiving you. That is the apple task bar on top and the vista task bar on bottom.
Side by side you'll notice:

Why not do the other way around? Leopard has better work flow and more useful eye candies than vista in my opinion. Oh and do you know there's a program that allow mac os to natively read and write windows NTFS partition? It's make by Paragon.

The other way around? I'm having OS X emulate vista with VMWare fusion. I have that program by Paragon, its great!
Vista performance is pretty good. Enough to load up important apps and do what you need to do. I use almost entirely OS X applications when I have them, vista only when I need to.

Oh i see it, I thought you are using vista as base os because I wasn't aware that you hide your dock. I just upgraded to 8gb ram for vmware, its great but I can't game on it...
Btw, can you post your xbench score, and can you do one without the disk bench?
