I'm making this thread to let the other XSers know that G.Skill has awesome RMA service, I've had some kits go awry on me and fry due to unforeseen circumstances and G.Skill has taken them back and sent me good kits without question. I'd like to thank whoever's in charge of RMA over there for helping me out with exchanging 3 ram kits. I will continue to buy G.Skill in the future because of the quality of their product and their speedy RMA service.

Only Memory I ever buy. Keep up the good work GSkill!

Gonna have to take that last comment back. I'm having to RMA my 1066 HK's due to board specific issues with regards to the SPD Tables and EPP 2.35v @ 1066. Board defaults to 1.9@800 which this RAM won't do on Reboots
Hot/Cold when stock or overclocking regardless of voltage.

And the GSkill forums seem to be on lock down since the celebration.

-Tried tRFC 46, 42 manual
-Tried loser timings
-DDR2 Refvoltage increase +10mv
-DDR2 Ref Voltage: DDR2
-Tried vdimm up to 2.45v
-Tried NBvoltage up to 1.65
-Tried 333 Strap/400 Strap with appropriate Trans Booster settings.
-Tried White and Blue slots
-Tried everything and recorded in a Journal to keep track of settings. See post history.

However, I ordered the 4GB PK's on Friday from Newegg after seeing the QVL post showing the Maximus Formula as a certified tested board. Hopefully, this will be a non-issue going forward.
