i just got my d-tek fusion and i am wondering what you guys reccomend i do to optimize it for my setup. i have read countless threads on the fusion and have heard mixed feelings on several topics such as bowing, nozels, o rings, etc. let me know what you suggest i should do to get the MOST out of my fusion.

i've got a q6600 running ~4ghz on a 780i board. using 2 laing D5 vario's, TC PA120.2 and TC PA120.3 along with 3 danger den 8800gtx blocks.

thanks in advance.

The best thing you could do is split that quad out on it's own away from those oven broiling 88's..:D

Seems like the quad nozzle is doing really well on the quads. I'd run that with a washer only and start with that. Bowing is a bit unknown on quad effects.

But I think your biggest issue is heat dissipation. Fortunately the 8800s are designed to run at higher temps, so putting them in their own loop even if they run a little hotter will give your quad a bit of relief.

That's what 200 watts for the quad plus 170 watts for each 8800 plus two pumps, that's like 750 watts of heat dump...

so put the quad on the pa120.2 and 3 gtx's on the pa120.3? will the 120.3 cool 3 gtx's?

fitseries3, a 120.3 can cool 3 GTX but not at the optimal temps, which doesn't really matter since at stock, it's designed to run hot. I guess you will have about 15 degrees water-ambient delta but it's fine. A PA120.3 can dissipate up to 600-700w with high CFM fans like the San Ace but you can get by with medium-speed Yates (D12SM-12).

The PA120.2 is more than sufficient for your quad-core ;)
