First here is a picture of my current computer layout,

I really don't want to change my case, so would buying the WaterkegIII extreme be better for my situation or trying to fit all the parts inside it better?

You couldn't even fit a 2x120mm radiator inside that case. Ratiator could be mounted outside the case (outside exhaust hole or on top of the case). I would go with a custom watercooling set. I'm sure you would have more fun putting everything together than getting one big box with WaterKeg inside right?

I say internal with a 2x or 3x120mm radiator (depending how many components are you cooling) mounted outside the case.

If you have the money, I say go for it, buy a waterkeg, newls1 makes a quality product, or you could simply buy a new case (top choices would be either the evo stackes since they're dirt cheap with rebates and instants right now, and the v2000b since it's about to be phased out to the v2010b which I don't like as much) and get a cheaper internal kit that you can later on upgrade to where you like it to be

^Where can I find an Evo stacker dirt cheap? I'm thinking of either the waterkeg III extreme from newls1 or the Evo Stacker and Petra'sTech CoolKit Elite - Rev.2. Waterkeg should give me better temperatures no? But then again with the latter option I have a better case.........

Doesn't seem all that cheap  I just picked another 832 up for only $127 after rebate. But in Canada

EDIT: I am a retard, i thought it was $160 after rebate.

My budget is $500 max! And the Waterkeg III is $500 which fits my needs but I'm undecided as to if I want a better cooling system or a better case but a tad low watercooling.

I dunno, $100 after mir is pretty damn cheap for the quality the case has. Top it off with a nice kit from petra's and you're set, and that includes fitting the $500 budget

I personally prefer the 830 evo black edition, that looks way better than both as its the evo so it has the blue lighting etc but its black and the evo's design is better than the 832 as the 832 came months before it

For $500 you can get a decent case and a nice watercooling setup.

^Not counting rebates, the Stacker is $200 and the Petra's Tech CoolKit Elite - Rev.2 is $300 with a bit extra that I would need which adds up to $500. The WaterKeg III has a better watercooling parts overall so shouldn't it cool better then Petra's Tech shop kit?

You can stick a dual or triple rad at the back using a Radbox on the 120mm mount. A reservoir like the MCRES-MICRO can go where that Thermaltake watercooling thing is right now, along with something low-profile like a DDC with an Alphacool or Petra's Tech top. If there's another expansion card down there (can't see it, because the Thermaltake thing is in the way), the pump can always be shoved into an empty 5.25" drive bay.

FIY, parts of the waterKeg came from Petra's, its just basically a beautifully done exterior box plus a decent watercooling kit inside.

its really up to you, if you want to keep your old case and add a waterkeg, or buy a new case, mod it some, and fit in watercooling parts yourself.

Swiftech Radbox with 240 or 320mm hanging off the back...or if you want to mod you could cut the bottom out and mount the radiator under the case.
