Hi Everybody,

I'm going to wc this case: Lian Li 300-V (http://www.boxgods.com/dept/htpc-sff/index.php?Action=Article&ID=212&Page=1)--There's 4 pages of pix...

I don't have the case yet, so taking actual measurements isn't possible. I can think of 3 different possible ways to install a 120.2 into that case internally.

I intend to cut out the bulk of both side panels, cover the openings with mesh and install a 120mm fan on each side. Also, hoping the PSU will go in upside-down--If so, I'll make a blow hole through the top for its exhaust. So, air ventilation should be good...

What I am needing help with is the capability of the rad (and overall wc system) v. the electronics. So far things look like this:

3/8ID Tubing and fittings
Apogee GT
MCW30
MCP-350 (22psi, manufacture date 12/04--assume DDC-1 9w..?)
Single 5.25" Bay Res.
Unknown rad

P4 3.2C
Intel D865GLC
120g PATA HD

I'm not a gamer, don't do intensive video, etc. Just basically do a lot of surfing.

I have everything above, so that's what I've got to work with....

Would appreciate some input on a good 120.2 for that particular setup. I'm not looking to spend the most--or the least--just wanting a rad that will handle the load without spending a lot of extra $$$....:p:

Also, thoughts on multiple 120.1s would be Good....:yepp:

TIA

EDIT: In this pic (http://www.boxgods.com/global/func/displayimg.php?IMG=articles/A212-9.jpg&Dept=HTPC-SFF&Title=Review: Lian-Li PC-V300) it looks like it would probably be easier to mount 2x 120.1 (1 on each front 120mm fan)---any thoughts on this or the rads for the job....?

Nate P, i still am using my P4 3.0 prescott with watercooling OCed 3.2...

only reason to do this is to push this cpu to its limit, and coax some more out of it before retirement... and of course added benifit of getting rid of stock intel HSF noisemaker...

Thanx, I've already done enough research to realize that the thermochills are the high-end--in price too. I'm not looking to spend a lot more than necessary, but I will go TC, if needed....

A lot has been learned since I was lurking around here last--low-flow water, low-flow air, etc, etc, etc....

ATM, even this is considerable for an external install:

MagiCool XTREME QUAD 480 Radiator (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=popup_image_scroll&products_id=21621&image_scroll_id=0)

But I'd really like to keep this internal as much as possible.....
