My Old GTX Score Was 13760 and this was with my E6600 @ 3.8Ghz
No contest between the two cards IMO, the card outperforms my GTX in crysis and Idles at 33, load at 59

heh thanks, took me ages to get to them speeds, i did have a P5N-E SLi but i fried it trying 4.1Ghz and that isnt good when im doing my GCSE mocks lol.
and ill get a pic of my settings for ya no probs
people will find that if you disable the SLi ready mem (if you have it) and set it manually you'll clock better and lower LDT Multi to 4x when goin over 400FSB.

Freakin awesome with one card, and a dual core man. Anyway you could post an orb link to see the individual scores in 3DMark. I need to know if your CPU is scoring much more than mine (I can clock mine higher if need be) because someone said that you couldn't break 15k in 06 without a quad core cpu, and obviously they were wrong..lol. No way I can get my core speed up that high on my vid card either. That's what sucks, Those G92 cores are killing us G80 users, and they will not release a G92 based Ultra. So those of using high resolutions need the extra memory and bandwidth that the current Ultra provides. Guess I'll have to wait until the G100 release to get a new Ultra.

ya q4 @ 2048x1536 on my gtx 24\7 stock card plays better then any g92 could\would period.and the 3dmarks are good and all but not game stable...i buy hi end cards to actually play games on em 24\7,not bench to impress others.

Interesting comment thier, i see exactly were your coming from as i did have a GTX, see my dad video edits and so forth so i am lucky enough to have a 30" Dell screen to test everynow and again, and the GTX does manage to beat it at reso's higher the 1920*1200, but mate this thing is kicking my old GTX's ASS on my 21" 1680*1050 monitor,Games or benchmarks and the clocks are stable in games, and since im a kid, saving £100 on a card that beats the GTX on my current setup is something that i couldnt resist. and come on showing of with a benchmark is nice every now and again, to bad i cant efford a quad XD

no doubt that 92 is a wicked GPU to be sure, but the memory bus limitations still make the Ultra the king of cards at high resolutions I'm waiting patiently for the G100's so I can get to modding.

nice score with that dual core....

Nice score buddy , my 512GTS clocks similarly to yours but I have a quad , how much higher do you think your rig would score with a quad at similar clocks ?

Hey, when you sa simlerly clocked i guess you mean 3.7Ghz, well my dads Q6600 gets 6103 CPU score, but he has two ultras so at 3.8Ghz so im guessing i would get around 17k-17.5k not sure mate. but i am looking to buy a Q6600 if my board cant take the new penryn Quads.

Geforce 8800GTS 512MB @ 800/2000/2200

I meant your vid card clocks , I game at those exact clocks , and bench to 820/2000/2200 . I only have a 22" LCD though , so Im stuck at 1680x1050 .

@Crysis Pwn4g3 how did you manage to fry your P5N-E SLi.I have one too and with an E6550 it easily clocks to 471Mhz FSB.
BTW nice scores.

Pretty condesending statement. How do you know the cards aren't stable at those numbers?. Did you stop by his house and play for a few days?
