Do you think its possible to get 100A @ 3.5v or is the current to high?

I am planning on linking several PSU (as in http://www.procooling.com/articles/html/linking_multiple_psu_s_as_one_.php).

What are you going to try and power with that?

Yes it is very possiable. But do some looking around, that is old information and it applies to AT Power Supplies. There is some newer info on using ATX Power Supplies out there (do a google). Besides ATX Power Supplies have higher output, so you won't have to use as many.

I have done this with AT Power Supplies to get enough amps/volts to run pelt's, but I was always having to replace a Power Supply. Its a little more complicated to do right than they make out.

There are always some surplus military items for sale on E-Bay that will provide that kind of power a lot safer. I finally bought a surplus unit for one of my pelt setups, and used a Power Supply from a camper trailer for another system.
