I am going to have PA120.2 with DDC3.2+petra's top as a loop. How much would it hurt to throw a dangerden mpc680i into this loop? Should I just do a single rad loop for the chipset? The chipset fan is way too loud, but i don't want to lose any cooling on the quad core.

It won't hurt your performance substantially, but if you have the funds to spare, then I would opt for a second loop.

However, have you looked into getting a thermalright chipset heatink for it? That would be cheaper, and wouldn't affect your CPU temp.
