How long does it take to get an RMA request approved?

I put in an RMA request with abit on the 3rd it has been over 2 weeks and I haven't gotten even an email confirming I put in a request. I can log into Erma and see the request and it says confirmed by abit but nothing after that. And I can never get in contact over the phone.

Mine took about 2 weeks; and another 1/2 week to get the board by mail.
