Just an overview: What would be in the loop:
q6600 OC'd
3870 x2

Too much for an MRC320 rad w/ MCP655 pump? :shrug:

It might be ok but the temps will slighty be higher than usual. You are on the borderline of the maximum heat dissipation capacity of the MCR320.

The q6600 doesn't even approach max temps no matter what I do (Prime 95 doesn't count for normal day routines).

So its ok? Riiiiiiiiiiight?

I'm not talking about temps but thermal dissipation. A overclocked Q6600 can reach 210-230w, and both video cards, if overclocked, can total about 200-250W so the total is 410-480W. The MCR320 can dissipate a maximum of about 400w so you are maxing it.

However, if you overclock and you are happy with the temps, then you are allright. My comment is just for optimal heat dissipation with a 10C delta between water temp and air temp.
