Look,
You have to understand what your really after, ok.
Is it AGP drivers your after or is it better ide drivers?
I havent seen the file myself, but if you look at the version of the AGP driver BEFORE you install it.
If it is the same as the 4.38 to 4.40 dont even bother if it is for overclocking.
Since you posted in the overclocking forum i guess that this is your goal.
Just because some new beta-drivers are being leaked doesn´t mean 5000 more 3dmarks.
It might infact destroy peoples system, hence the beta.
I´m not saying that you should stay away, but be careful and gather as much information as you can before you install them.

Good luck!

Marcus

yes, there's a new agp driver for winxp. However I'll try them as I'm going to make a fresh winxp install :)

Yes, I once download a VIA 4in1 beta that hosed my Windows 2K install. I heard the 4.40 changed the AGP latency timer. I installed the 4.41 several days ago and have had no problems. I am not sure of performance gains in 3DMark yet.
