AMD users I ask of your insite to better understand the inner BIOS functions of the nVidia overclocking world.

I am not new to overclocking, just a tad new to recent AMD on nVidia. I want to gather tips and reference settings for various OC profiles. I need to know how to calculate the CPU/RAM ratios and under the cuidlines of the HTT link and frequency and such.

Here's where I'm at for the past 2 months but want to try something different. I want to get more like 340x or 350x but need to learn the safe working volts of the various mob settings to get there.

ASUS CROSSHAIR w/ A64 X2 6400 Black Edition OC'd to 3.30GHz @ 1.416v as 333x11 @ 3x HTT = 999HTT, RAM (CPU/9 as said by CPU-Z set as DDR533 = DDR733 @ 4-4-4-9 2T as 2.19v

Hi,

I would advise you to Roll-Back your BIOS to 0804 or 0702, the 0904 BIOS is giving problems in almost all Motherboards. Try run a 3DMask Test on your system with the 0904 BIOS and then run the same test in a 0804 or 0702 BIOS and see if you have differences.

Concerning the Voltages I can't help you much with that for now cause my Crosshair is ruined by the 0904 BIOS, it ruined my 1200MHz ram putting it at 2.6V and now the Chipset it's nuts and I'm running it at stock... and hoping it lives till monday at least.

Hey, I can't help with some of those more advanced voltage options atm, but for calculating RAM, CPU and HTT speed, you can look here for some info.
