"Upgrade" worth it?

Hi, i was wondering if "upgrading" from a 90nm Windsor to a 65nm Brisbane would be worth it in the long run in terms of power consumption? How much do you think would be saved in a year?? What about the Sempron LE? This system is for generally use.

If you're looking to save money via power consumption, get an Opty 1210HE, keep it at stock speeds and lower the voltage. But, I don't think it'll really be worth it considering that C&Q pretty much does away with power usage when the CPU idles. Just MO.
