pump vibration possible freeze hard drive?

i start to have system freeze after install the watercooling.
does anybody know if the pump vibration would possible freeze the hard drive?
since i have a mid tower case, so i mounted the pump at the 5.25" drive bay, not the bottom of the case.
right below the 5.25" drive bay, is my 3 hard drive.
i have checked everything, tried with different video card, ram, but still have this problem
any idea would be appreciated.

When the system freezes, is the HD light stuck on or not? If it isn't then odds are your problem aren't related to the hard drive.

You overclocked at all? How tight do you have the CPU block? Do you have a backplate? Some boards don't play nice with no backplate and a tight block, the board warping can cause strange things to happen.
