Will Abit Ab9 quadgt work with penryns

I wanna ask you if you plan to support penryns on abit ab9 quadgt board.
i bought this board 5 month ago and i had only troubles with it untilll bios 13 was released. I see this compatibility with penryn cpus as a reward for the troubles this board caused, 2 sticks of d9 memory fried:((

I would like to know as well. The Abit Quad GT is a decent board, and I got mine for cheap(70$) a few months back.
