Quick Question

hi there

sorry this isn't a proper coding question but i have tried posting this everywhere else but no-one know s the answer.

im sure this is pretty simple for you guys to answer.

I have a small program that i want to run but everytime i try to load it up i get this box popup:-

Well I have looked at the log but i don't know nothing about coding etc and I don't really know what is wrong with it and was just wondering if one of you more technically minded members would mind taking a look and letting me know what is wrong.

Here is the log

I'm just guessing that it's looking for the icon "48.ico" in "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Data\" and not finding it and crashing. Try reinstalling the app? Making a dummy ico file named 48.ico in the directory it wants it in? Make sure you have admin rights, etc?

Just grasping at straws here.
